Refunds assessed on a case by case basis. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is customers responsibility. All items with personalised engraving are not eligible for refunds / returns unless details engraved are not as approved by customer (for example - name mis-spelt)

All items are individually hand crafted.

If an item ordered as per your selection (excluding laser engraving), is in stock, item will be dispatched within 48 hours.

If an item ordered as per your selection which is in stock and you have ordered laser engraving, item will be dispatched within 5 working days of artwork approval.

If an item ordered is not in stock, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.
